Questions

Are my drawings kept confidential?Yes. Files are stored privately, seen only by the IsoLog founder, never shared or reused, and deleted on request after delivery.

Who signs off on the log?You do. Weld log data is extracted and validated against the drawings you provide. Final QC acceptance remains the client's responsibility.

Can you match our numbering and template?Yes. Send your existing log or numbering rules with the package and the output follows them.

What about iso revisions?Send the new rev and the log is updated, with changed, added and deleted welds called out.

Can we pay with a purchase order?Yes. Choose "Purchase order" when you send your package. There's no deposit; a Net 30 invoice with your PO number is emailed to your AP team on delivery, payable by ACH or card. W-9 and certificate of insurance available on request.
